Last Saturday was BYU's annual pre-season "blue and white" scrimmage game. We decided to take the kids and go enjoy a day at the stadium. It was free to the public, plus you got to sit wherever you wanted. We ended up about 10 rows back at about the 30 yard line. Probably the best seats I'll ever have in that huge stadium. Because we arrived a little early, we of course had to get lunch in order to enjoy the full "football game experience". We got these yummy Polynesian teryaki chicken and rice bowls (whatever happened to a good ol' hotdog and a drink?) An hour before game time they had a clinic on the field for all the kids. The football players came out and ran drills with the kids. We all had a great time. We came home with posters, inflatable noise makers, full tummies, and half sun-burned faces. We can't wait for the season to start. Go Cougars!!
